QC
Supply accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express),
COD, prepaid and open account orders (credit application required).
Although we strive to keep the information on our website as up-to-date and as accurate as possible, we are only human and we do make mistakes. We will notify you in the event of an inaccuracy with your order.
Shipping
Most items are shipped UPS, Spee Dee or US Mail. Larger items will be shipped
motor freight. Next day and second day air service is also offered.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will not ship until the following Monday. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will call you or send you an email to let you know.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please refer to our map of Expected Delivery Times.
When choosing Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select, please keep in mind that only business days are counted. For example, if you place an order on Thursday evening and choose Next Day Air, we will ship the order on Friday and it will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available with Next Day Air in some areas. If you would like Saturday delivery, please leave us a note in the "Special Instructions" box when placing your order.
Return Policy
A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items
must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and returned in clean,
salable condition. Special order items are not refundable. Items returned in an
unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Please call
