What payment options do you offer?

QC Supply accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), John Deere Financial, and PayPal on our website. We also accept payment through a third-party service Affirm. (Details about paying with Affirm as well as their fees, terms and conditions, and privacy policy can be found at www.affirm.com. If you would like to pay by an alternate method, please give us a call.

I have a credit account with QC Supply. How do I charge to this account using the website?
On the payment page of checkout, select the "Bill To My Account" payment option.
What do I need to do if I am tax-exempt?
We currently charge sales tax in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, & WY. How do I cancel an order?

Shipping Questions
What is your return policy?

A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase and returned in clean, salable condition. Please call us at 1 (888) 433-5275 or send an email to [email protected] to obtain your return authorization number.

How will my order ship?
Your order will ship via the method chosen at checkout, most likely FedEx or USPS. For free shipping promotions, the item(s) will be shipped via cheapest way. In cases of an extra heavy or bulky order, we will ship via motor freight. Sometimes we do not have a product in stock and will need to drop ship it to you directly from our vendor. Shipping services available include ground, second-day air, and next day air.

We ship pharmaceuticals and vaccines the same way your veterinarian receives them. We pack cold ship items with frozen cool packs to maintain their effectiveness and are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
How long will my order take to get to me?

Can I receive my order on a Saturday?
Saturday delivery is available with Next-Day Air in some areas. If you would like Saturday delivery, please leave us a comment on your order and we will contact you concerning availability in your area.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
FedEx and SpeeDee do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you need to ship to a P.O. Box, please select USPS (United States Postal Service) as your shipping method (if available).
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page. Enter your Order ID and email address to view the status and other information about your order.

What does "Fulfilling" mean on my order?
When your order has the status of "Fulfilling", this simply means we have received your order and are preparing it for shipment. Once your order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking information.
