I ordered to use with the hanging tube poultry waterer for the brooder and chicken tractors. I was disappointed the drip cups do not fit that waterer. They only fit the square tube not the round tube. I emailed for a return authorization number stating the issue. I received a reply very quickly.customer service also forwarded my issue to one of the sales reps. He replied in just a couple Hours that he wasn't aware of a drip cup to fit other than the square pipe but offered a suggestion to use hose clamps to secure them to the round pipe. I decided to try cable ties and that worked like a charm and very inexpensive solution.
The cups work great keeping the bedding dry.
I gave it only a 4 star because I had to make adjustments to work for my situation.

Very nice. The cup lip is large enough to hold a little bit of water but not so big that it becomes contaminated. Other cheap ones had zero lip which was always spilling if the birds bumped it, which is always! Really nothing to complain about but 5 stars would be perfect and that is difficult! Would absolutly recommend & will buy again!
