Return Policy
- Product may be returned within 60 days if it is in the original packaging and is in an unused, clean, and salable condition.
- If an item is damaged in transit or arrived and is determined to be a defective product, after appropriate troubleshooting measures and at QC Supply’s discretion, the customer will be issued a replacement or refunded via method of purchase.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, at QC Supply’s discretion.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Purchases online through QCSupply.com or through our toll-free number 1-888-433-5275 will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued within 60 days of purchase. RMAs will remain valid for 30 days after issue. After those 30 days, the RMA becomes void, and a second RMA will not be issued.
To obtain an RMA:

- Contact 1-888-433-5275 or send an email to returns@qcsupply.com to obtain your authorization number.
- Please provide the following information when reaching out for an RMA: Order Number, Name on order, Item(s) returning, return reason
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase method, except personal checks – they will be refunded as QC Supply credit.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Returned merchandise received in a non-saleable condition will be returned at the customer's expense, if requested, with no credit issued.
- If customer does not request the item to be returned, non-saleable returns will be disposed of after 30 days.
Non-Stock, Special order, and/or Custom inventory
- No returns on non-stock, special order, and custom inventory are allowed.
- Gas, Diesel, Natural Gas, and Propane Powered Items
- Gas, diesel, natural gas, or propane powered items may be returned according to the regular QC supply return policy if no fuel (gas, diesel, natural gas, or propane) has been inside the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- If opened, we cannot accept returns of chemical or aerosol products including but not limited to, paint, herbicides, pesticides, solvents.
- Pharmaceutical items requiring a prescription cannot be returned.
- Any cold shipped items are not refundable.
- Items that fall outside of the manufacturer's warranty are non-returnable.
- Gift cards and eGift cards cannot be returned.
- Select non-returnable items are marked on the specific item page found on qcsupply.com.
- Clearance, one-of-a-kind, closeout or scratch-and-dent type items are non-returnable.
Biosecurity returns policy statement:
- In Compliance with QC Supply biosecurity guidelines, items used on a farm are not eligible to be returned.
Warranty Claims
- If you have an item, you believe qualifies for a warranty claim, please submit the following information to returns@qcsupply.com : Order number, Customer name, item under warranty, Warranty claim.
