Specially designed to operate under extreme conditions QC Supply’s DURAFAN Basket Fans were built with our exclusive DURAMotor®. Ideal for enclosed buildings, they move high volumes of air. Designed for use in extreme conditions, these fans are perfect for cooling poultry, cattle, horse, and swine barns and houses, warehouse buildings; circulating air in greenhouses and cargo containers; and insect control.

The fans include an enclosed ball-bearing motor with automatic overload protection. Its guard has a powder-coat finish and zinc coating to prevent corrosion. Comes apart easily for cleaning and maintenance. All fans come assembled with an unattached ceiling mount bracket.

Our 20" and 24" fans come with a 9' 110-volt grounded cord. These fans may be ordered without the cord, please note your cord preference in the customer comments section of your order. The 36" fan does not include a cord.

The 20" and 24" fans have aluminum blades and are variable-speed capable. Controllers are sold separately, call one of our ventilation experts at 888.433.5275 for recommendations. The single-speed 36" fan has galvanized blades.

Walking Horse Girl
Moves a lot of air

I have these in my horse barn for the 100 degree summers. Very powerful and long lasting. Had to replace one after 5 years because of a sheared bolt on the screen though the motor was still working. The new one is much quieter but still as effective.

24 inch fans

I have 3 of the 24 inch fans now in my horse barn. They work get. Move a lot of air. Horses love them. I have them on all the time. Had my other 2 for 3 or 4 years & they work great.

Great Fan

We have 8 of the 24 inch fan and 3 of the 20 inch in our show Cattle Barn these fans run about 18 hours a day any day it is over 50 degrees we haven’t had any problems with them. Some are 5 years old just ordered 4 more.

not very durable

have purchased 5 of these fans over the last couple years and the motor has quit on two of them. we use them indoors for show cattle and they have not been subjected to the elements. will not buy again and would not recommend

Disappointed in the motor

I believe we have had this fan 3 years. We run it periodically in our barn for cows. I would guess it has around 100 hours of run time and the motor quit. It was never subjected to the elements or has been wet. I am disappointed in how long the motor lasted versus other brands of fans we run. Cost to repair was higher than a replacement motor.
