These 6" thick Evaporative Cooling Pads from Kuul are from their VitalityѢ series and are made specifically for hostile environments like green houses, poultry houses, dairy farms and the swine industry. Vitality evaporative media meets efficiency standards and exceeds pressure drop requirements. Kuul media not only lasts longer, but helps keep your whole cooling system running longer by adding less stress to moving components.

These Vitatlity Kuul pads also feature DuraPro, Kuul's proprietary edge coating technology for an added layer of durability. DuraPro extends the life of your evaporative media in demanding environments and allows for easier cleaning with less damage to the outward-facing edge of the media. The dark color of this coating prevents light from entering and reduces the growth of algae.

36" Port-a-cool

This iteam was a perfect match for my 36" Port-a-cool at an amazing price. When I need them again I will be ordering from QC again.

I been using H2 for 10 years and I switch to kuul on the spot

Now, I've only known one other brand, so this is just a comparison against the H2 Pad. Anyways when I first handed one of them here Kuul pads lemme tell ya there's just no comparison. These is MUCH nicer than the H2 pad I had in my building for i guess nearly 10 years. What else am I making bad choices on? lol. Don't ask my wife that! Don't think that just a little savin makes up for bad built pads, that's my idea anyway.

Unpleasant odor from coating on the pads.

It took 8 days of constant use to eliminate the odor from the coating on the pads. The odor was reminiscent of an overheated electrical motor. Had to check several times to determine whether there was indeed an overheated electrical component. Fortunately there was none. Other than that the pads work as they're supposed to.
