Within two days of putting the bait chunks out in a bait station, there was a dead rat laying on the ground next to one of the tunnels, and the smell of at least one dead rat under the shed. I now keep one chunk in the bait station at all times. I will be following the rotation schedule recommended with the Rampage and the Jaguar.

We live in Barnwell AL , south of Fairhope. Have 2 horses, 2 dogs, and had infestation with rats past 3 years.
Spent thousands of $ to replace plumbing eaten by rats. Used Cy Kill ( no second kill) not to hurt our dogs regularly for 2 years, in bait houses, which could not control the rat invasion.
Last month we changed to this product. Used bait houses as well.
As of today there is no rat activity exists. Had to discard dozens of dead rats daily. It is cost effective , it works.

This product work well if you keep your stations stocked . I have been using it for years around my barn and house. Always use in rat stations to prevent other animals from getting into it.

We distributed the blocs in various spots where we saw mouse droppings. It is too early to rate the effectiveness of the product. However, finding your company on the internet saved us at least $650 which was quoted to us when we had someone come to the house to determine what we were dealing with. On the basis of that alone I would have to give you a five star rating.

Great Product, easy to install on the headless nails I have on the fence. Rats or what ever have a banquet each night. In the morning I have to replace the bait, so far no dead rodents found maybe they are departing elsewhere.
