The rats love it almost a little too much. However, I have yet to see evidence of them dying. I’ll put out cups at a time under my deck and the next morning the whole pile will be GONE. Put down a couple more cups, next evening GONE. For days I’ve been repeating that and they still come back for more. Haven’t found a dead one yet. I’m just feeding the feral pet rats at this point. Either it doesn’t work or I have a ton more rats than I thought.

We live on farm. Have never had rats for decades until recently as town has moved closer. I saw a rat in the barn and had evidence of them being in the wall in our small farm house. I bought the 4lb bag and put out the poison in specific areas where I knew it would be found. My maintenance man has been finding dead rats in various spots- I suspect we are only seeing a fraction of the dead ones. Doesn't seem like it takes a lot to do the job. Lots of field mice around and I don't worry about them. I won't stand for rats and this product seems to be doing the job. I intend to just keep it out available all the time.
