The TED Captive Bolt Stunner for swine use is a cordless and non-penetrating device that operates using a rechargeable battery and a butane cartridge. The TED's concussive force renders the animal unconscious and insensible to pain without penetrating the head. This minimizes biosecurity issues and leaves very little mess to clean up.
