(K4) 4-Piece Repair Kit For 1" Hudson Valves (#120016).
Excellent product. Lasts a long time and when it fails the repair kit is easy to install and you have a like-new float valve.
I use a Hudson valve for my pond the fish are happy with the rebuild kit. Good price and fast delivery.
Bought on the hopes of no down time. Cheap insurance.
Parts arrived and installed, valve is working "A OK" one disappointment was the the price for shipping, [the parts for the valve cost, $12,99] and the shipping was over $14. dollars almost $15. May I suggest using regular postal service the next time, it is a lot more reasonable
A good way to extend the life of your valves. I rebuild them at least twice before replacing the shell. You should note: (1) if you have the older kind with screen in the pipe opening, there is a new filter style which will still fit although it doesn't "snap in". and (2) new valves have a screw to replace the clip that they used to use to hold the float in. Of course it's the clip that breaks, and there isn't one in the kit, but Hudson will send you a bunch if you ask.
