Directions

To calculate gallon storage capacity, measure and multiply: Length x Width x Depth x 7.5 = Total Gallons

Each AgraSphere treats up to 75,000 gallons

Swine Nursery, Grower, Finisher

Deep pits with less than 12 inches of retained bottom sludge

• Add 1 AgraSphere for every 200 grower/finisher pig spaces
• Example: 400 head requires 2 AgraSpheres
• Repeat every 180 days

Deep pits with more than 12 inches of retained bottom sludge

• Add 1 AgraSphere for every 200 grower/finisher pig spaces
• Example: 400 head requires 2 AgraSpheres
• Repeat every 90-120 days
• Once depth reaches less than 12 inches, repeat every 180 days

Swine Farrowing, Gestation, Breeding

• Add 1 AgraSphere for every 80 head
• Example: 160 head requires 2 AgraSpheres
• Repeat every 180 days

 Crusted Systems

• Do NOT add when firm, heavy crust has accumulated
• Treat with Activator PLUS prior to using AgraSpheres
• Add AgraSpheres once crust has been liquefied

Other Details

• Always treat to the maximum capacity
• Place evenly throughout the system
• Repeat every 90-180 days, depending on sludge depth
