More about Eaton/Bussmann Heavy-Duty Time Delay Fuse - 10 Amp
The FRN-R-10 - Eaton/Bussmann Heavy-Duty Time Delay Fuse - 10 Amp is an RK5 fuse that protects against motor overload, ground faults, and short circuits. When sized correctly it helps protect motors from burnout caused by overloads and single-phasing.
Reduces the risk of motor burnout resulting from single-phasing in three-phase systems. Simplifies and improves blackout prevention (selective coordination). Dual-element fuses can be applied in circuits subject to temporary motor overloads and surge currents to provide both high-performance short-circuit and overload protection.
Overload protection is provided by the overload element, which holds an overload five times greater than the ampere rating of the fuse for a minimum of ten seconds.
