This replacement head harness is for the Moldex 9000 series mask. Designed for rugged use, the strap buckles are securely molded to the facepiece.

Directions:

• Remove the straps by pulling each of the 4 harness tabs through buckles and discard.
• Install the new straps with the Moldex logo facing out and up.
• Insert straps into the buckles.
